Our Visitor Policy
Dear Visitors, Together with all our staff, we work to ensure that our patients and you receive healthcare services in a more peaceful and safe environment. Please follow the hospital rules for this purpose.
Visiting Days & Hours
Patient visits can be made every day at our hospital.
Patient Information Sharing
To whom should the information regarding the patient’s health status be given during visits?
If the patient is an adult and conscious, information is shared with them or their designated first-degree relative.
If the patient is unconscious, information is provided only to the first-degree relative.
If the patient is a child, information is shared directly with the parents.
Patient medical status is strictly not shared with third parties.
Why are Night Visits Prohibited?
We do not accept patient visits during late night hours.
Only on-duty medical staff are present at night, and their numbers are limited.
Visitors distract the duty staff and may lower the overall quality of emergency care.
Hospital physical security is negatively affected during late night hours.
Sleeping patients are disturbed, violating their right to rest and recovery.
