1. Legal Basis and Data Controller+
As NCR Sağlık Turizm Taşımacılık İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (NCR International Hospital), we send commercial electronic messages in accordance with the Law No. 6563 on Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Electronic Messages.
In this context, our hospital holds the title of "Data Controller" regarding the messages to be sent to the communication addresses of our valued patients and their relatives. All processes are carried out within legal limits.
2. Processed Data, Purposes and Methods+
Within the scope of your commercial electronic message consents, the following data is processed by our hospital:
- Identity Info: Your name and surname.
- Contact Info: Your phone number and e-mail address.
This data is processed strictly for the following purposes:
- Reminder and coordination of scheduled checkups and appointments,
- Notification that your laboratory, radiology, and other test results are ready,
- Announcements about new medical departments, doctor staff, or medical equipment,
- Sending national/religious holiday greetings and birthday celebration messages,
- Measuring patient satisfaction through surveys and sharing health guide newsletters.
3. Revocation of Consent and Right to Reject+
You can reject receiving commercial electronic messages from our hospital at any time, without providing any reason. To revoke your communication consent, you can use the following methods:
- SMS Cancellation: By sending the opt-out code specified at the end of the SMS (e.g. RET NCR) to the designated number,
- IYS Preference Management: By updating your commercial electronic message preferences via the e-Government portal or the IYS (Message Management System) website directly,
- Via E-Mail: By sending a written request to info@ncrhospital.com,
- Written Request: By filling out a written request form at our hospital registration desks.
Your request will be processed within 3 business days, and no further commercial/informative messages will be sent after that.
