1. Identity of the Data Controller+
Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed as the data controller by NCR Sağlık Turizm Taşımacılık İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (NCR International Hospital), registered with the Gaziantep Trade Registry and residing at Mücahitler Mh. Gazi Muhtar Paşa Blv. No:56, Şehitkamil/Gaziantep.
All administrative and technical infrastructure measures are taken at the highest level for the protection and security of your data within our hospital.
2. Your Processed Personal Data and Purposes+
The following categories of personal data may be processed by our hospital to provide healthcare services:
- Identity Info: Name, surname, Turkish ID number, passport/temporary ID number, date of birth, gender.
- Contact Info: Phone number, address, e-mail address.
- Health Info: All health file data including medical diagnosis, treatment, surgery, prescription, lab results, and x-ray/MR images.
- Financial Info: Bank account details, IBAN number, billing information, and private insurance policy details.
- Visual/Audio Info: Security camera footages within the hospital and call center voice recordings.
This data is processed strictly for the following purposes:
- Protection of public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment, and care services (KVKK Art. 6/3),
- Planning and management of health services and their financing,
- Identity verification and notification obligations under SGK and Ministry of Health legislation,
- Collecting payments and issuing invoices, sending appointment reminders and confirmations.
3. Parties to Whom Your Personal Data May Be Transferred+
Your personal data may be transferred, within legal limits and confidentiality agreements, to the following entities only to the extent necessary to realize the purposes specified above:
- The Ministry of Health, Provincial Health Directorates, and affiliated healthcare units,
- Social Security Institution (SGK) and private insurance companies,
- General Directorate of Security and judicial/legal authorities,
- Contracted laboratories, diagnostic centers, and medical imaging centers,
- Contracted software and cloud computing companies providing our hospital information technology infrastructure (within strict security protocols).
4. Legal Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)+
Under Article 11 of the KVKK Law, you can exercise the following rights regarding your personal data by applying to our hospital:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information if your personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction of your personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- Request deletion or destruction of your personal data,
- Object to occurrence of any result against you by analyzing processed data exclusively through automated systems.
To submit your requests, you can fill in the Online KVKK Application Form on our website or send your official petition to info@ncrhospital.com. Your request will be finalized free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
