Born in the Gaza Strip, Palestine in 1973. After completing his primary, secondary, and high school education in Gaza, he came to Turkey for medical education. He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine English Medicine Program in June 2001. Between 2006 and 2012, he completed his residency training at Ankara Türkiye Yüksek İhtisas Training and Research Hospital, Cardiovascular Surgery Clinic, and received the title of Cardiovascular Surgery Specialist.
